THE HOUSE You can enter the house via a communal entrance via the stairs on the first floor. There is a separate room in the hallway where the washing machine is located. If you continue walking, you enter the apartment in the living room. Upon entering you immediately get a beach feeling through the use of light colors and wooden furniture. The living room is equipped with a lovely 3-person lounge sofa (can also be used as a sofa bed for 1 person), dining table with 4 chairs, cozy mantelpiece with electric fireplace and a large smart television. Adjacent to the living room you will find a lovely southeast-facing balcony of approximately 4.5 m2, where you have plenty of sun from morning to late evening.
